Active Shooter on the Loose After Attacker Smashes Car Into Michigan Synagogue – RedState
Police descended en masse on a Michigan synagogue after an attacker allegedly drove his vehicle into the building and then opened fire. Details are scarce on this current situation, and we do not know how many casualties (if any) have resulted.
This appears to be one of several domestic terrorist attacks we have seen in recent days:

Here’s what we know:
Authorities responded to Temple Israel in West Bloomfield just before 1 p.m. following reports of the accident, WDIV reported.
Police sources told the outlet that the vehicle intentionally crashed into the synagogue before catching fire.
Aerial footage shows smoke billowing from the building in the aftermath of the incident.

The FBI is on site:
FBI Director Kash Patel said agents were on scene and responding “to the apparent vehicle ramming and active shooter situation outside of the Temple Israel Synagogue in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan.” He said FBI personnel were working with parents in Michigan.
Farmington Hills police and West Bloomfield police said they were also responding to an active shooter situation at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Police said they were responding to a fire at the same location. No further details could be provided.
Police say Bloomfield Hills Schools are “in secure mode due to an ongoing incident in West Bloomfield” as a precaution.
Temple Israel Synagogue serves a large congregation in Michigan and also operates a preschool.
It is unclear who is behind this apparent attack, and the law enforcement response has been extensive and ongoing.
