Amazon’s best Echo smart home devices just got their biggest discounts

While Amazon’s previous line of Echo speakers and smart displays were boring, frankly, its late 2025 hardware update brought better hardware, improved performance, and Alexa Plus to several models. If you think your room(s) could benefit from speakers to stream music, audiobooks, or podcasts to more corners of your home, or screens to display recipes, photos, or videos, there are some great early Spring Big Sale deals worth checking out.

In terms of smart displays, Amazon Echo Show 11 is a bargain at $169.99 (was $219.99), while the smaller Echo Show 8 with an 8.7-inch screen costs $139.99 (was $179.99). Our own Jennifer Pattison Tuohy has used both and considers their screens to be “light years ahead” of the previous model, although the larger device has a 1080p screen while the smaller has a 720p resolution. Moving on to the speakers, the $189.99 (usually $219.99) Echo Studio gives the Apple HomePod 2 good value for money, with room-filling sound and Atmos support. Even the smallest and cheapest from Amazon Echo Dot Max at $74.99 (was $99.99), it’s a solid value, thanks to its improved design and performance.
