It is difficult to ignore the failure that was the Assassin’s Creed movie, and it’s a dismal 18% Rotten Tomatoes score. Despite the fact that it had an all-star cast, it ultimately failed in many areas.

There’s a real mix here and it doesn’t take a massive Hollywood ensemble trying to sell the show more, which fills me with optimism.
The names that strike me are Noomi Rapace, who I particularly liked in The girl with the dragon tattooand Sean Harris who starred in some of my favorite horror films like Crawl And Opossum.
Elsewhere, Zachary Hart appeared on the Apple TV show Slow Horses, where you may recognize him from, and Tanzyn Crawford is in the HBO series. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Meanwhile, Lola Petticrew was directing the historical drama Say nothing and Laura Marcus will be in the next one hunger games movie, Sunrise over the Harvest.
With a diverse cast of talents, it feels like Netflix’s. Assassin’s Creed has serious potential. In addition to this, it has also been confirmed that Johan Renck, who is best known for directing HBO’s Chernobyl, will direct the Assassin’s Creed series, according to Variety reports.

It’s still too early to fully assess the series’ performance, but I can’t wait to give it a shot.
