Dog owners face unlimited fines for farm livestock attacks

Dr Anna Muir, a dog behaviorist who runs a training center near Mold, Flintshire, also welcomed the changes, saying: “For irresponsible dog owners who let their dogs run unchecked, who leave them off-leash in sheep fields, who make no effort to stop them chasing livestock – I am absolutely in favor of unlimited fines.”
