190 Dems Vote Against Deporting Illegal Alien Police Dog Abusers – RedState

Most good people love animals, and man’s best friend holds a special place in many people’s hearts. Dogs are not like most other pets. They are not just pets or working animals. They are companions, they work with us, hunt with us, guard our families and sometimes even go after evil people to protect us. The relationship between Canis lupus familiar And Homo sapiens has a long and storied history, and I have long told people who piously proclaim that “…you can’t buy love” that they obviously never had a puppy.

So when 190 House Democrats vote in favor of criminal illegal aliens over dogs, that says a lot.

190 Democratic lawmakers today voted against a bill that would make noncitizens eligible for deportation if they are convicted of harming police animals, including dogs and horses.

The original message, responded to by the esteemed Mr. Melugin, reads:

228-190: The House passed legislation to make inadmissible foreign nationals and non-citizens of the United States deportable if they are convicted of or admit to harming police animals, including dogs and horses. 15 Democrats voted yes, along with all Republicans and Rep. Kiley (I-CA), who was registered as an independent in the House for the first time since leaving the Republican Party on March 9. The BOWOW Act now goes to the Senate.

Well, at least 15 Democratic lawmakers like dogs, not to mention other police animals, including horses, another animal that has served humanity with distinction for hundreds of years.

Republicans Find a Surprising Partner to Take Down Illegal Truckers

Honestly, who the hell can vote “no” to such a proposal? While we can point out that this should not be necessary, that anyone in the country illegally for any reason should be expelled without delay – and I would maintain that this is precisely what should happen – sometimes laws like this are necessary to put a particular type of goblin at the front of the line. Regardless, we are still left with the disconcerting conclusion that, by all accounts, 190 Democratic members of the United States House of Representatives voted to put the interests of not only illegal aliens, not only illegal alien criminals, but illegal alien criminals who harmed a loyal, loyal, highly trained, dedicated police animal, ahead of those animals.

I would like to point out that this is a bit of a headache, but Democrats in general have been putting the interests of illegal aliens ahead of Americans for years. They advocate for the interests of illegal aliens over the interests of American children, American students, poor Americans, Americans with property along our national borders. And now they are putting the interests of illegal aliens ahead of police animals.

This, my friends, is the Democratic Party of today. It’s no wonder their approval ratings, as a party, fall somewhere between pond scum and cockroaches. But they still manage to amass enough members in the House, Senate and several state legislatures to become a nuisance.

And once again, it’s an election year. And, once again, I will continue to remind you of this fact, between now and November. This is yet another reason why this fall’s midterm elections are so critical, another of many.

Maybe I should start keeping a spreadsheet.
