Sampling of Scottish foods found good overall compliance but a high failure rate for milk in dairy alternative lattes.
Food Standards Scotland (FSS) funds annual food sampling, carried out by local authorities and public analyst laboratories. In total, £200,000 ($268,000) was spent on the program, which collected samples from retailers, caterers, manufacturers and processors.
