Savannah Guthrie’s Family Pleads for Help to Find Nancy Guthrie

The family of Today Show host Savannah Guthrie pleaded with neighbors to reflect on their memories in hopes of uncovering clues that could help them find their missing mother, Nancy Guthrie.
The family said in a statement to News 4 Tucson that neighbors may be able to provide even the smallest lead that could help in the search for 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie.
“It is possible that a member of this community has information that they do not even realize is important,” the statement said. “We hope people will dig into their memories, particularly around the key dates of January 31 and the early morning hours of February 1, as well as late into the evening of January 11.”
“We are desperately asking this community to pay renewed attention to our mother’s case – please review any camera footage, diary entries, text messages, sightings or conversations that, in retrospect, may have significance,” it adds. “No detail is too small. Maybe that’s the key.”
“We miss our mother with every breath and we cannot be at peace until she is home,” the statement continued. “We cannot cry; we can only suffer and marvel. Our goal is only to find her and bring her home. We want to celebrate her beautiful and courageous life. But we cannot do that until she is brought to a final resting place.
“Thank you for continuing to pray without ceasing,” he concludes.
The family has offered a $1 million cash reward for information that could lead to the discovery of Nancy Guthrie.
“Investigators also looked into reports related to a masked intruder seen on doorbell cameras and ransom demands involving cryptocurrencies,” according to Fox News. “TMZ reported that one of the messages was described as a “highly sophisticated” ransom demand and was forwarded to the FBI. The FBI and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department continue to investigate the alleged kidnapping.”
