Seoul, South Korea – two days of strong showers in South Korea killed at least four people and forced more than 1,300 others to evacuate, officials announced Thursday.

One person was killed when their car was buried by the floor and concrete after the survey wall of an overtaking collapsed in Osan, just south of Seoul, during heavy rains on Wednesday, the Ministry of the Interior and Security said.

Three other people were found separately dead Thursday in a submerged car, a stream and a underground flooded in the southern regions. Ministry officials said they were still investigating if these deaths were directly caused by heavy rains.
