Trump Rips Troubled Dem Senator for Plotting ‘American Tragedy,’ Demands He ‘Pay the Price of Prison’ – RedState
President Donald Trump weighed on the problems of alleged mortgage fraud of Senator Adam Schiff on Sunday evening, saying that the Democrat was “big troubles” and demanding that he risk a prison sentence for his actions.
Schiff is examined after a criminal reference sent by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to the Ministry of Justice (DoJ) in May.
The reference relies that Schiff distorted his main residence on mortgage documents for a Potomac, Maryland property between 2003 and 2019 to obtain more favorable loan conditions. A memo of Fannie MAE concluded that Schiff engaged in a sustained scheme of false statements of possible occupation in “multiple cases”.
Although the memo has not explicitly confirmed fraud, Trump drawn a different conclusion.
“Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff is in great difficulty! He falsified loan documents,” wrote the president on his social media platform Truth.
Trump noted that Schiff, who was a major player in the hoax for the collusion of Russia and the first trial of the dismissal of the president, also made allegations in 2019 that his son, Donald Trump Jr., should incur complaint deadlines that he had parjoon.
“It was an American tragedy!” Trump concluded. “From now on, Shifty should pay the prison price for a real crime, not a fact that the corrupt accusers!”

AWFUL Schiffty: Trump raises questions about Adam Schiff and mortgage fraud
Schiff denied allegations, calling them “baseless” and politically motivated, suggesting that they are reprisals by a long -standing political opponent. Currently, the DoJ has not confirmed if he was continuing an official investigation or accusations.
“Since I led his first indictment, Trump has repeatedly called upon to be arrested for betrayal,” Schiff wrote on X last week. “So, in a way, I suppose that it is a bit of a disappointment. And this attempt at baseless political reprisals will not prevent me from holding it responsible.”
Redstate reported on the apparent deviations from Schiff concerning his mortgage loans in November 2023. The controversy resurfaced last week when Trump accused the senator of having distorted the house he used as the main residence and declaring that he had engaged in a “supported model of possible mortgage fraud”.

The allegations arise from Schiff listing both a Maryland and a Californian property as the main residences, which could guarantee lower mortgage rates. As Bonchie de Redstate reports, the situation is more delighted in controversy when you realize that Schiff had in fact maintained primary residence in Maryland, he would not have been eligible to hold various elected offices in California.
