Let’s Close it Out – TPM – Talking Points Memo

We are approximately 90% of the way toward our goal during our annual TPM membership drive. If you missed the theme of the campaign, it’s because we at TPM are chronicling the national crisis. The national crisis that we’re talking about obviously includes Donald Trump, who is sort of a big accelerator or catalyst.

But if you’ve been following our coverage of the Supreme Court today, you know that the crisis didn’t start when Trump took office, nor will it end when he leaves office. There is a lot of work to be done. Much of this work cannot be done by journalists. But documenting abuses by public officials can not only be done by journalists, but also must be done by journalists. So if you’ve been delaying joining for whatever reason, make today that day and help us reach our goal so we can do our part back.
