Another day, another pop star doing a sketch on Shop TV on Saturday evening live.
Much like fellow girly pop Sabrina Carpenter before her, this weekend’s host, Olivia Rodrigo, pulled double duty as host and musical guest. And like Carpenter, the Tripe The singer found herself behind the counter of Shop TV — the QVC-style show’s recurring segment featuring hosts Rhett and Bev, played by Mikey Day and Ashley Padilla, selling products that have absolutely no existing business.

This week’s offering comes from Daisy, played by Rodrigo, who sells lava cakes shaped innocently like assholes.
There are several lines of dialogue in this sketch that I personally did not need to exist and cannot be ignored. It’s definitely a good time – but as Rhett and Bev themselves might say, the less time spent discussing details, the better. So, consider this your warning and recommendation simultaneously.
