Joyce Edwards and former Gamecock MiLaysia Fulwiley lead Team USA in 3×3 tournament

Milaysia Fulwiley left Southern Carolina during the offseason via the transfer portal and landed at the drycocks, LSU.
But before the dynamic guard was confronted with her former teammates this winter, she joined one of them to lead the American team in a 3×3 tournament.
Fulwiley and the second year of South Carolina, Joyce Edwards, are among the stars of the United States team of the American team for the Conference of FIBA 3X3 League Americas.
The Americans are expected to play in six three -game tournaments organized over seven days from July 21 to 27. The challenge in the tournament is points that will help teams qualify for the FIBA 3X3 U23 World Cup. This tournament will be played in China in September.
Also in this team for the United States team alongside Fulwiley and Edwards are TCU Taylor Bigby goalkeeper, Tennessee striker Zee Spearman, Richmond Rachel Ulstrom and the former Star of the State of Kansas Serena Swandell who led the NCAA in the past season before being selected in the recovery The WNBA by the Seattle Story.
The team’s coach is the current assistant to the Grand Canyon Julia Ford. She was previously assistant to Missouri, where she had to seek people like Fulwiley and Edwards.
Fulwiley shone in the 3X3 match earlier this year in the US 3×3 Nationals in Mesa, Arizona. Fulwiley was appointed MVP of the tournament after having propelled the Chaos team to the championship, leading the team by scoring in the semi-finals and in title. The Spearman of Tennessee was also part of this team.
For Edwards, this is the second time this summer, she played for Team USA when she played a key role for the American national team 5×5 of the Americup where the Americans won gold under the direction of the coach of Duke Kara Lawson. Edwards raised an average of 9.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game and was the only player to start the seven games of the American team tournament.
During the 3×3 Nations League tournament on Monday, the Americans took a 2-1 start, falling in Canada, then won victories on the Cayman Islands and Argentina. Edwards led the team by scoring in the three games.
And it seems that she and Fulwiley have kept a certain chemistry of their time with the gamecocks:
