ESPN analyst Marcellus Wiley accused by 4 more women, total now 7

Four other women, including a former colleague, have accused former NFL player and ESPN analyst Marcellus Wiley of sexual assault.

Wiley was first charged in November 2023, but immediately called the allegations “BS.” Two other women then came forward with new allegations in March last year.

But new allegations were filed in court last month, including from a former ESPN production assistant who said Wiley tricked the employee into believing she was having a business meeting into entering his hotel room in 2009.

“When we went to his room, Wiley excused himself to go to the bathroom. He came out of the bathroom naked. He pushed me so hard against the windows in the room that I thought they were going to shatter. I was petrified and thought I was going to be killed,” the accuser wrote via Awful Announcing.

“I begged him repeatedly to stop and let me go. He didn’t. He pushed me face down on the bed and held me there with my face pressed against the mattress in such a way that I had difficulty breathing, which made me fear for my life. Wiley held me down and masturbated on me until he ejaculated. Only then did he allowed me to leave the room This attack was devastating for me and I live with the emotions. [sic] to this day. I will never truly escape this room. »

Another accuser said Wiley “raped me on my 18th birthday, after grooming me from the age of 13.” The accuser said she, a Buffalo native, and Wiley met during his time with the Bills, and that the alleged rape took place in Dallas while he was playing for the Cowboys.

Wiley responded to the recent allegations on his YouTube channel on Tuesday.

“Pick a date, pick the meeting, pick the allegation. For each of them, I either saw, communicated via email, text, phone, was asked by these individuals after those dates to engage, to be intimate, or all of the above, after the dates in question. This directly contradicts the narrative they are trying to present publicly,” Wiley said.

“I have a simple question for all accusers: Why did you continue to have or maintain at least friendly communication, which can be verified, will be verified, with someone you accuse after the alleged incidents?” he asked.

Wiley said that “so many records receipts…will be brought in to show people that you say one thing, but you did another,” and that the allegations were “blatant lies.”

The new accusations bring the total number of Wiley’s accusers to seven.
