Company involved in Coldplay KissCam drama hires Gwyneth Paltrow as spokesperson

Boston – Astronomer – The company whose CEO resigned after being taken on a Kisscam during a Rock Coldplay concert kissing a woman who was not his wife – tries to go from drama with someone who knows the group fairly well.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who was married to Coldplay leader Chris Martin, announced on X on Friday that she had been hired by the astronomer as a spokesperson.

Astronomer, a technological company based in New York, ended up under an uncomfortable projector when two of its leaders were photographed in an intimate embrace during an COLDPLAY concert – a moment which was then flashed on a giant screen in the stadium.

CEO Andy Byron and Human Resources Kristin Cabot were caught by surprise when Martin asked cameras to scan the crowd during a concert earlier this month.

“Either they have a business, or they are simply very shy,” joked Martin when the couple appeared on the screen and quickly tried to hide their faces.

In a short video, the star of “Shakespeare in Love” and “Ironman” said that she had been hired as a “very temporary” spokesperson for the astronomer.

“The astronomer has asked many questions in the past few days and they wanted me to answer the most common,” said Paltrow, smiling and skillfully avoiding the bustle of Kisscam.

“We have been delighted that so many people have a new interest in automating data flow,” she said. “We will now come back to what we do best – provide revolutionary results for our customers.”

When kisscam images spread for the first time online, it was not immediately clear that was the couple. Shortly after, the company identified the pair, and Byron resigned followed by Cabot. The video clip resulted in a constant flow of memes, parodic videos and screenshots of the shocked faces of the pair filling in social media flows.
