A night file by the Ministry of Justice revealed that the great juries of the affairs of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell had heard of two witnesses responsible for the application of the laws, because the officials ask for the release of transcriptions arising from the two acts of sexual indictment.

During a Tuesday depot in front of the Manhattan Federal Court, officials revealed that the Grand Jury of Epstein heard the testimony of an FBI agent when he was completed in June and July 2019. The same FBI agent, with a detective from the New York police department, also testified before Maxwell’s court documents in June and July 2020, and again in March 2021.

“Here, there was a witness – an FBI agent – before the Grand Jury procedure of Epstein,” said the file. “There were two witnesses – the same FBI agent for the Grand Jury of Epstein and a detective in NYPD who was an agent of the operational force with the working group on the exploitation of children and the trafficking in human beings of the FBI – during the procedure of Maxwell Grand Jury.”

The file was submitted after the federal judges who chaired the two cases asked the Doj to provide additional details surrounding business. The DoJ had previously asked to a this transcription of the great jury of the procedures, which allowed the judges to request additional information.

The courts rarely release the transcriptions of the Grand Jury, unless the officials note that they are imperative for legal proceedings.

However, the file quoted a decision of the 1997 American circuit court of appeal in 1997 in 1997, the decision of the United States Court of Appeal that the determined judges can exercise discretion when they decide to descend transcriptions, and the public interest may justify their release.

According to the file, the factors determining the release of transcriptions “are designed to help the Court to exercise its” meticulous judgment “in the balance of interests in public disclosure in unique circumstances of strongly expressed and large -scale public interest and traditional considerations concerning the Secrecy of Grand Jury Proceedings”.

“There is undoubtedly a clearly expressed interest in the public in the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell,” said the file. “Beyond that, there is an abundant public interest in the investigation carried out by the Ministry of Justice and the Federal Office of Investigation into these crimes.”

The request to dispense transcriptions occurred after the DoJ previously announced that it would not publish any additional file relating to the case of sexual trafficking in Epstein, the file affirming that it is “in accordance with increasing calls for additional disclosure in this case”.

Tuesday’s deposit was obviously aimed at reducing expectations surrounding new revelations in transcriptions by affirming “certain aspects and subjects” have already been made public during the Maxwell trial.

In addition, two former Manhattan prosecutors also said that the transcriptions would only contain testimonies from the members of the police who corroborate the details of the two accusation, according to the Associated Press.

In 2008, Epstein signed a non-prevision agreement in exchange for guilty plea in Florida to accusations of state of solicitation and purchase of a minor for prostitution. Almost a decade later, he was accused of similar charges of federal prosecutors in Manhattan.

Maxwell, her longtime girlfriend and accomplice found guilty, is currently serving a 20 -year prison sentence in a federal establishment in Tallahassee after being found guilty of having attracted minor girls for Epstein’s sexual abuse programs in 2021. Last week, she spent almost two days answer questions “out of 100 different” while meeting the deputy.

The meetings occurred after Maxwell was slapped with a summons to testify before the Chamber’s supervisory committee concerning Epstein. However, in a letter to President James Comer, his lawyer presented several conditions which accumulate on his agreement to speak – in particular by asking for immunity, which was quickly rejected by the panel.

Maxwell is currently in the early stages of the conviction of his conviction to the Supreme Court of the United States, citing that it should have been included in the Epstein non-Procédure Agreement.

The lawyer for MJ and Maxwell did not immediately respond to the request for comments from Fox News Digital.
