I Use This Free App to Boost My Laptop’s Sound Quality

How to use FXSound on Windows

It is quite easy to use FxSound on your Windows device. To start, you must download FXSound from its official website. Once downloaded, install it as you would on any other application on Windows.

Once FxSound has been installed, it will immediately become active and you will notice a change of sound quality when reading the multimedia file. Although the default settings are good enough for most systems, you also have the possibility of manually configuring the sound settings.

On the FXSound application home page, you will find two drop -down menus. The drop -down menu on the left allows you to choose different sound presets. By default, it is defined on general, but there are also many other presets to choose. For example, if you are about to watch a Netflix movie or program, you should try the preset of the movies.

While, if you want the best sound output on your device while playing your favorite game, you have to go to game preset. There are also presets like Bass Boost, which you can choose if you want to listen to music with a high boost.

The best part of the application is that you can also manually adjust all the given presets. For example, if you have chosen preset films and want to center your bass a little more, you can manually increase the second frequency line.

Once you have made changes to the frequencies, you need to save the preset so that you no longer have to adjust the frequency when you go to this preset. To do this, click on the Hamburger icon at the top, fly over “Save New Preset” and give your preset a name.

There are also some other options in the Hamburger menu. The Import Preset option allows you to import a third -party sound preset that you have downloaded to your computer. You can also download additional presets that FXSound has to offer. After downloading these presets, you will have to import them.

The right -wing drop -down menu allows you to choose your default sound output.

If you find FXSound useful and want to use it each time, you can configure it as one of your startup applications. This will ensure that FXSound launches automatically when you start your system.

When you use your system, if you want to go to the default sound output of your device, you must open the action center, click the sound output icon and choose the speaker in the output device options.
