Report: BYU's Egor Demin met with Thunder in predraft workout

The NBA 2025 draft is a few days old. This means that this is this time of year when prospects visit the League teams to improve their stock.

Oklahoma City Thunder enters the NBA 2025 draft with three draft choices. They have the choice n ° 15 (via Heat), the choice n ° 24 (via the Clippers) and the choice n ° 44 (via the Hawks).

The two first round choices are interesting. Thunder already has one of the deepest lists. Fresh out of a championship, do not expect much turnover. The addition of several recruits might be impossible. But it is a pure hypothesis. Maybe OKC falls in love with a perspective in this range.

One possibility is Egor Demin de Byu. He would have met the Thunder for a predraft training session, by Hoopshype. He is the best rated prospect that OKC has known publicly for meeting.

Demin had a university season in Byu from 2024-25. It collected an average of 10.6 points out of 41.2%, 5.5 assists and 3.9 rebounds. He pulled 27.3% out of 3 out of 4.7 attempts. He was also a 69.5%free shot shooter. The 19 -year -old is a 6 -inch and 190 pound guardian.

The Thunder will probably have to go up if they wanted to add DEMIN. Otherwise, they better hope that he falls in the 15th choice. He has been considered one of the best prospects for his class for some time. A trembling year is not scary too many teams.

A full list of prospects that have encountered the Thunder can be checked here. The NBA 2025 draft is from June 25 to 26.
