The Los Angeles Lakers had a solid off -season of the versatile NBA. Although they only made a few external movements to bring more talents, they were able to locked Luka Doncic in the long term with a contract extension of $ 165 million over three years.
Bring Deandre Ayton, Marcus Smart and Jake Laravia are also quality movements. However, there are still questions about the question of whether or not the Lakers can be a real competitor in the Western Conference.

Reaves comes out of a better career season in the 2024-25 campaign. He has a year left on his agreement, then a player option he could choose to exercise a second.
What is the perspectives for Reaves in Los Angeles look like? Currently, it seems very likely that it will stay with the Lakers.
According to the NBA journalist, Jovan Buha, who is one of the best journalists covering the team, Reaves should stay in Los Angeles. He also shared that Reaves wants to stay with the team for the rest of his career.
“I expect it to be with the Lakers. He wants to be a laker for life,” said Buha.
Buha also said Reaves is expected to get $ 30 million per season during his next transaction. He believes that the Lakers will do this work and keep it.
