Drew Brees visits Saints training camp practice in California: 'Oh, those were the days'

Drew Brees is always a welcome guest wherever the Saints of New Orleans leave, and the future professional for the renown of professional football has taken the time to catch up with his former teammates this week with the team practicing in California. The saints have shared a minute of sequences from his visit to their social media flows, which you can see here.

“The best of San Diego here,” smiles Brees, kissing Rashid Shaheed. The wide receiver never caught a pass of breeds, but they crossed years ago when Shaheed grew up near the quarter’s summer house. They gathered last summer at the Sainted Training Camp, and it’s cool to see Brees looking for him during another visit.

This meant a lot of handles and bear drops, with Brees discussing young quarters like Tyler Shough and Spencer Rattle. He also spent a lot of time talking with Taysom Hill and Brandin Cooks.

“So you all missed a year, right?” Said Brees, pointing cooks to the hill. The saints exchanged cooks after the 2016 season, with Hill arriving in the summer of 2017. He expired and stuck his hands in his pockets. “Oh, it was the days.”

Brees was even able to show his own gold jersey, one of the special substitutes for whom Cameron Jordan spent so many years campaigning. Even if Brees went to a second race for broadcasting and mentorship of other quarters of the league, he has not forgotten the team and the people with whom he made so many good memories.
