Why Overemployment Is a Career-Limiting Move

The ultimate career hack is quite simple: fully engaging in a job where you are surrounded by smart colleagues in a company that develops quickly. This is much less complicated (and more ethical) than unemployment. This advice also applies to engineers who think they can do several personal projects alongside their full time job.

The effect of composition of the real development of skills, solid professional relationships and the single orientation will provide significantly better yields than any two -term diagram in the short term. And it will be more fun!
