Son of ‘Walking Dead’ star Norman Reedus charged in brutal attack of woman in Chelsea

Mingus Reedus – The 25 -year -old son of “Walking Dead”, Norman Reedus – was released by a Manhattan judge after being charged with a brutal attack in which he would have struck and tried to stifle a 33 -year -old woman in Chelsea.
Reedus was struck by assault and criminal obstruction of breathing on Saturday evening after the cops answered a call at 911 earlier in the day at W. 16th St. and eighth avenue – finding a woman with minor injuries in the neck and legs. She was taken to Bellevue Hospital in a stable state.
When he charged the Manhattan Criminal Tribunal, Reedus was released from his own commitment and a temporary protection order was made. His next hearing date was set on Tuesday.
In a complaint, Reedus was accused of “recklessly” injuring the woman, causing “physical injuries … with the intention of preventing the breathing and the normal blood circulation” by applying “pressure on the throat and the neck” and had “struck, pushed, kicked and subjected another person in physical contact. With the intention of harassing, aging … “
The complaint determined that another person “observed that the defendant uses his two hands to apply the pressure (on the victim’s neck) by tightening it with force” and “observed the accused shot her on his right leg with a closed fist, then uses both hands to throw it on the ground, causing bruises, redness and substantial pain to his right leg.”

In September 2021, the 21 -year -old at the time was accused of attack for offense after having pretended to hit a 24 -year -old woman during the San Gennaro festival in Little Italy in Mulberry and Grand STS.
At that time, Reedus told Daily News that it was a big misunderstanding, saying that the women’s friends “invalidated” it after having physically fell from her group to the festival. He said he had “thrown his arm” to protect himself and accidentally struck the woman.
