Biotech CEO Sues Uber, Says Illegal Alien Driver Sucker Punched Him
A CEO of biotechnology continues the Uber carpooling company after having said that one of its drivers, which is an illegal foreigner, struck him and left him in a parking lot with serious injuries.
CEO of TC Biopharm, Bryan Kobel, filed a complaint in Charleston, in South Carolina, last week after having an altercation with a Uber driver named Vadim Nikolaevich Uliumdzhiev, who is an illegal migrant in Russia, reported Fox News.
The monitoring video of a parking lot on King Street in Charleston shows a man in a checkered shirt, identified as the 42 -year -old migrant, an aggressive chest and head that hit Kobel who held a small dog. Uliumdzhiev is then immediately seen by unleashing a hay of Kobel’s face with little warning, striking the unconscious of the technological man and leaving him to helplessly on the ground.

Deputy Secretary of Internal Security, Tricia McLaughlin, revealed that Uliumdzhiev had been arrested by Ice in California in December 2022, but was released in the country by the Biden administration.
McLaughlin noted that illegal foreigner is now sought after by ice and is marked for arrest and expulsion.
“An ice arrest of the ice was put on him to ensure that he is not awarded to American communities to terrorize more Americans,” McLaughlin reported. “Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, if you violate the law, you will face the consequences. Illegal criminals are not welcome in the United States”

Kobel told Fox that Uliumdzhiev did not want to take his price because of his dog, but when Kobel then said that he would cancel the ride, Uliumdzhiev is immediately enraged and ignited violently.
The technical man said he had undergone a serious cerebral concussion and had seven staples for the laceration of the head.
“This man violated me violently, indeed leaves me the bleeding of my head in a parking lot, accelerates and collects someone two minutes later,” added Kobel. “When I left the hospital, my account had been suspended and within 48 hours it was disabled. Although I share hospital files, police files, detective name and telephone number and assault images, Uber has chosen to blame me effectively and rape me. “
Judicial files show that Uliumdzhiev was arrested later for assault and drums and was released after publishing a deposit of $ 10,000, the Post and mail reported.
Charleston police reportedly told Kobel that Uliumdzhiev used a false driving license.

“Uber must take more responsibility for his drivers,” said Kobel, according to the New York Post. “They open the door to chaos.”
With an apparently increase in the rate of violence committed by his drivers, Uber recently said that he revised his drivers registration requirements and strengthened his checks for history for hires.
