Who has access to videos in Google Drive
If you subscribe to one of Google’s plans (AI Pro and AI Ultra), you now have access to videos in Google Drive. Otherwise, the workplace plan of your organization can cover it, if you belong to one of the following elements:
-
Business starter, standard and more
-
Starter, standard and PLU company
-
Enterprise Essentials and Enterprise Essentials Plus
-
Non -profit
-

Google says that if Google Docs is disabled for your workspace account, videos will also not be available. The IT department of your organization can also deactivate the access of video independently. This could explain why you do not see the “Open” button when displaying clips in the reader.
