Taylor Swift sets Guinness World Record with ‘New Heights’ podcast appearance
Taylor Swift broke the records once again, bringing podcast listening numbers to new heights.
The recent appearance of Swift – and first – on “New Heights”, organized by the boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother, Jason Kelce, broke the record for the most simultaneous views for a Podcast on YouTube, the world records of Guinness announced on Tuesday.
In total, 1.3 million people were simultaneously on the podcast when it was broadcast on Youtube on August 13, shared the world record counter. Tuesday, the episode of the podcast had 20 million views on YouTube.
The two -hour podcast nourished Swifies with details on the love life of Swift and Kelce and the behind the scenes of Swift recovering its masters. Some other discussion subjects included the Eras tour, the famous Easter eggs of Swift and the hatred of Jason Kelce towards cats.
Swift also addressed one of its recent hobbies, the cooking sourdough and a moment on the field during the AFC title in 2024 which sent it to a Tizzy.
The most exciting was perhaps the announcement by Swift of his twelfth studio album (or TS12) “The Life of a Showgirl”, which fell on October 3.
In the days preceding the podcast, Swift praised fans with cryptic publications on social networks which first led to the announcement of its surprise appearance alongside the Kelce brothers, then to the news that it would discuss its latest outing.
Swifies had to wait almost two days to get the details of any other album and see the album cover, and to discover that his compatriot Pop Princess Sabrina Carpenter would join Swift on the end piece.

Since then, Swift has announced a certain number of albums “Variants”, available for a limited time and with different blankets from the standard version. But she promised that these 12 songs are – and that there will be no surprised songs to come.
