Five months after the American aid discounts, the repercussions abroad are austere: HIV clinics serving gay and bi men and trans women closed or cut for hours; Refuges for young people and LGBTQ + refugees divert people; Legal aid for pride organizers and people invoiced under "morality" The laws are interrupted; The ways of refugees to safety are closed; And the mobile and crisis test hotlines are reduced.
