Joni Ernst Not Seeking Reelection: Reports

The republican senator of Iowa, Joni Ernst, would not ask for re -election for a third term of the Senate.
Ernst, who started serving in the upper room in 2015, will announce next Thursday that she will not present herself to re -election in 2026, reported CBS News. Ernst’s decision to transmit the race for a re -election comes after the management of the White House and the GOP Senate put it pressure to request a third term from the Senate.
