Former Jill Biden Senior Advisor Subpoenaed by House Oversight Committee – RedState

On Thursday, the Chamber’s supervisory committee, led by the president of the representative James Comer (R-KY), published an assignment to Anthony Bernal, former assistant to President Joe Biden and senior advisor to former Lady Jill Biden, to appear before the Committee for a deposition of July 16. Bernal is ordered to appear before the committee concerning the investigation into the alleged concealment of the downward cognitive capacities of Biden, and if some of the executive actions he took as president could have been illegitimate.

Bernal had agreed to sit for a voluntary interview transcribed on June 26, but that changed when the office of the White House Council said that it would give up the executive privilege. He then refused to appear. A letter sent to Bernal by Comer, as well as the assignment, read in part:

“Given your close link with the former president Biden and the former First Lady Jill Biden, the committee sought to understand if you have contributed to an effort to hide the aptitude of the former Biden president to serve the American people. You refused the commission’s request. However, to advance surveillance and the legislative responsibilities and the legislative interests of the Committee, your testimony is critical.”

But as Katie Jerkovich of Redstate reported, Commer was a little less formal in a declaration on social networks, saying without

Bernal is one of the five former leaders of the Biden administration who were called upon to testify about what they saw concerning the cognitive capacities of Joe Biden and the daily operations of the Blanche de Biden. Biden’s doctor, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, was also assigned to appear as part of the investigation and will give a closed -door deposit on July 9. Former senior assistants from Biden Annie Tomasini and Ashley Williams should also give voluntary testimony in July.

The inner circle of Joe Biden, elected democrats, and the media all said that it was clear as an accent.
