The judges who previously released a man accused of a woman’s deadly stab wounds on the tram in Charlotte, in North Carolina, were examined after details of her violent criminal history was revealed.
Decartlos Brown Jr., 34, is accused of having fatally handed Iryna Zarutska, a Ukrainian refugee on August 22. He was accused of first degree murder.
