Monday, the horror master went to X (formerly Twitter) to share his “10 favorite films”, excluding some that are based on his own books.

Interestingly, the list has a whole mixture of genres, mainly films from the 1940s and 70s, several films by Humphrey Bogart, and there are only a few films – Jaws And Narrow third type dating – Who are even close to horror.
