Everything Apple Announced: iPhone Air, iPhone 17, Apple Watches, AirPods Pro 3
Another September, another Apple event. Today, Apple has revealed its new iPhone 17 range in regular and professional models, as well as the new very thin iPhone air. The company has also shown the new Apple – Series 11, Ultra 3 and SE – and the AirPods Pro 3 Refreschi.
We did not talk about a lot of software or continuous Apple efforts to transparently integrate AI into all its products. But we have a lot of equipment! Here is all that Apple has announced today.
New iPhones
There are four iPhones as usual, but Apple has changed things this year a lot. No more model, and in its place is the iPhone Air, a new ultra-Slim and light iPhone which is only 5.6 mm thick.
However, you get only one camera on this model, and Apple seems to use high density silicon carbon batteries. The company claims the 27 hours of video playback which the iPhone 16 Plus was capable, even if this phone is much thinner and probably has a thinner battery. We will see how it works when we test it. There is a new Magsafe low profile battery pack to accompany it in case you are worried (or Apple is worried) of the battery.
The iPhone 17 Pro models have a completely fresh look, with a new “camera tray” design. The strong points here are a cooling system of the steam chamber which helps to regulate the heat generated by the more robust processor, and a 48 -megapixel telephoto lens which strikes the 4x optical zoom and the “optical” type zoom.
All these phones use the new Apple wireless N1 wireless networking chip, which includes support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and wire support, although only iPhone air is delivered with Apple C1X Homebrewd Modem. It is probably because the C1X does not support the 5G millimeter wave (only sub6).
Perhaps more exciting is the new 18-megapixel selfie camera, which supports the central functionality which automatically adjusts the framing to keep you centered. It also has a double capture support, so you can send reaction videos all day every day and call you Twitch Streamer.
The basic iPhone 17 starts at $ 799. The iPhone air is $ 999, the iPhone 17 Pro is $ 1,099 and the iPhone Pro Max is $ 1,199. All iPhones will be available on September 19.

3 new watches!

Over a 30 -day period of 30 days, the watch’s optical cardiac sensor will check if you have hypertension symptoms, which affect up to one in three world population and can cause everything, from heart attacks to stroke kidney disease.
This is added to hardware upgrades such as OLED screens with wide angle that we saw on series 10 of last year, as well as – it is huge – a full -time full battery life on series 11 and up to 72 hours of battery life on the Ultra 3 watch in low power mode. Apple watches have a notoriously bad battery life for a decade, and now you can (probably) wear your Apple Watch overnight or for a campsite weekend! Amazing!
