The sea level increases in New England at some of the fastest rates in the world. On a quiet ribbon of Saltmarsh in the Rhode Island, Septuagenarian Deirdre is not ready to accept the loss of his well -liked saltmarsh – the species faces extinction before 2050 due to high flooded tides and drowning of emerging birds. Leding a team of citizen scientists, Deirdre unwinds the secret of delicate nests in the middle of the thick marshes grass, while they design and deploy a low -cost “arch” to try to raise the spare sparrows.
