Evanston mayor turns off cameras, surveils events to thwart ICE raids

A mayor of the Chicago Region and Congress candidate has maintained his actions to thwart passive cooperation with the federal operations of the application of immigration while the DHS launches “Operation Midway Blitz” in the region.
