Panthers vs. Jaguars resumes after weather delay pauses game in second quarter

The game resumed at 3.10 p.m. in the match of week 1 between the Caroline Panthers and the Jacksonville jaguars after a meteorological delay put the second quarter in break for more than an hour. Lightning in the region around the Everbank stadium in Jacksonville, Florida, prompted the NFL to put the competition on the Jaguars at the top of the Panthers, 10-3, with 8:32 to do in the first half. Jacksonville has kept the possession of football when the action went up.
At 2:54 p.m., about an hour after the start of the delay, the advertiser of the PA stadium informed the fans that the bad weather had passed and that they were allowed to return to their seats. The teams emerged from their locker room for a brief period of warm -up.

Jacksonville opened the scoring at the start of the first quarter with a small basket of 35 yards, and Carolina responded in the last minute of the period with a 48 yards from Ryan Fitzgerald. The jaguars jumped back in front just before the meteorological delay when Trevor Lawrence launched his first hit of the season: a shot of 6 yards at Hunter Long.
It was a difficult start for the third season of Bryce Young at the top of the Caroline offensive. He entered the year with a momentum of last season and could still take a step forward after a difficult start to his career, but Young had only 3 for 6 for 16 yards with an interception when the match entered his delay.
All eyes are on the recruit choice of first round Travis Hunter when he started in the NFL, and he was involved at the start of the Jaguars offensive. He led all the receivers with four catches before the delay.
