A Surprise Pokémon Game Just Dropped for Switch and Mobile
The Pokémon Company Throws an unexpected new game today: Pokémon friendsA daily puzzle game that you can download now for mobile devices, Switch and Switch 2. The company revealed the game as part of a Direct Pokémon presentation which included new details on Pokémon Legends: ZA and a switch pack 2, Pokémon Championsand more.
In Pokémon friendsThe players unravel the wire – essentially resolving different puzzles, such as freeing Pokémon from a box or fixing tracks – to make and collect plush toys. Once you have made a toy, you can then decorate your room with it. Just like with the typical series of the series, the collection is important. The thread you earn puzzles, which are randomized between a few possible results, dictates the plush toys that you can make. The first puzzles, which are based on touch, are quite simple. Finishing a route while drawing a single line, for example, is not really a challenge when it is the only line you can trace.
Pokémon friends is free to download from iOS and Android, with puzzles offered daily. Players who want to unlock more puzzles will have to buy DLC packs for $ 15 each, or as a package for $ 26. On Switch platforms, the game costs $ 10 and includes the DLC.
Direct has also shown more gameplay to Pokémon Championsan online game and focused on the battle, and the highly anticipated Pokémon Legends: ZALaunch of October 16. New in the Pokémon Legends Universe: Snape Mega Evolutions, where creatures evolve by themselves and are wreaking havoc; Players will need the help of friends to shoot them down.
Nintendo publishes a special Switch 2 bundle alongside ZAwhich includes the game and the console, for $ 499.99. In particular, this price is the same as the launch bundle of the system with Mario Kart World. The company will increase the price of the original switch in August for certain regions.
