$1.8 billion Powerball drawing turns up winners in Texas and Missouri

A jackpot powerball of nearly $ 1.8 billion finally found winners during the draw on Saturday evening, said the multi-state of the Lotey Association.
The winners of the Jackpot are from Texas and Missouri, causing a double -direction distribution of a jackpot of $ 1.787 billion, the association said in a statement on Saturday evening.
The winning figures were 11, 23, 44, 61, 62 and PowerBall 17, he said.
Winners will be able to choose one of the two ways to claim their half of the jackpot: an ancient price of $ 893.5 million or a lump sum payment of $ 410.3 million. The anuitized price will be available in 30 payments over a period of 29 years.
The winning ticket in Texas was sold in a gas station convenience store in Fredericksburg, according to the Texas Lottery. Fredericksburg is located in Texas Hill Country, about 35 miles northeast of Kerrville, the small town which was particularly hard during devastating floods that killed more than 100 people in July.
We did not know where the Missouri winning ticket was sold and the identity of the winners was not released.
Winning tickets with a nominal value of $ 2 million each, which corresponded to five numbers as well as the PowerBall number, were bought in Texas and Kansas, the association said.
The jackpot has grown up due to no winner since May 31. Saturday’s drawing was for the second biggest jackpot in the history of Powerball, said lottery officials.
The only one more value jackpot was the $ 2.04 billion jackpot powerball won in California on November 7, 2022, they said.
