A volcano in Russia’s Far East erupts for the first time in centuries

A volcano on the Russian Kamchatka peninsula broke out for the first time in the hundreds of years. The Krasheninkov volcano sent ashes six kilometers in the sky, according to the Kronotsky reserve, where the volcano is located. The eruption was accompanied by a magnification earthquake of 7.0 and caused a tsunami warning for Kamchatka games, which was then lifted. The Kamchatka Ministry of Emergency did not report any fall in ash in the inhabited areas. This eruption follows an earthquake of 8.8 coarse in the Far East of Russia on Wednesday.
