Lions-Falcons preseason game halted with 6:31 left after Morice Norris injury | NFL

Detroit Safety Morice Norris was followed for about 20 minutes and removed the field from an ambulance during the Lions’ pre-season match on Friday evening against Atlanta, the match ending with 6:31 to go after the players let run.

Norris was injured with 14:50 to try to tackle Nathan Carter. There was no immediate report on the injury.

When the game resumed, the quarter of the Falcons Emory Jones had a shot and then held the ball while the players of the two teams stood on the melee line and the clock continued to run. Finally, with 6:31 on the left, an official announced that the match had been suspended “by New York”.

The Lions led 17-10 when they were arrested.

Earlier, Hendon Hooker lost two escaped in a start which did not last as long as expected, injuring his hopes to win the Detroit quarter as a rescue while Kyle Allen launched two Touché passes to direct the lions.
