AFC North Preview, Week 3: Ravens in primetime, Bengals seek 3-0 start without Burrow

After being beaten by the Ravens during week 2, the Browns will return home to avoid a start of 0-3. Unfortunately, this task will occur against Green Bay packers, who are in red to start the year.
The packers are 2-0 after convincing the victories in two teams returning to the playoffs. Their defense will pose significant challenges for the Browns offensive, especially in the trenches. The Browns abandoned a lot of pressure at the Ravens last Sunday, and will now have the intimidating task of blocking Micah Parsons, Rashan Gary and others.
For the Browns to find success offensively, they really need to establish a coherent racing game. Joe Flacco attempted a summit of 90 assists in two games at the age of 40. The results were not at least stellar.
Look for the Ballon Recruit Quinshon Judkins to obtain prolonged work. Judkins did his season in season last week and had a race of 31 yards. He is already the team’s main rusher for the season after a match. If the browns can cring yards on the ground, it will keep the packers pass remotely and limit the probability of rolling.
Fucked by a late return effort, the Bengals escaped week 2 with another narrow victory to improve at 2-0. For a team generally plagued by slow departures, it is a welcome development. It is particularly fortunate that the Bengals have managed to win these two games, because now they will be without the services of Joe Burrow. Burrow has undergone an injury to the toes against the Jaguars and should be sidelined for at least three months.
In his absence, the quarter-back of the Jake Browning backup led several score records and marked the touch in late green light. He also launched three interceptions, however, and Bengals are undoubtedly a more limited offense with him under the center instead of Burrow.
Their attack by Browning will be put to the test of week 3. The Vikings of Minnesota and their defensive coordinator, Brian Flores, are one of the happiest defenses of the NFL. Flores will probably try to put pressure on the browning often to avoid the damage that Ja’marr chase and tee Higgins can do.
On the other hand, the Bengals will face their own quarter aid. Carson Wentz will start for the Vikings in place of JJ McCarthy. The Vikings will also be without Aaron Jones but will always have an offensive attack capable with Justin Jefferson at the wide receiver. The defense of Bengals will be tested, but a good avenue for success would be to enjoy a Minnesota offensive line without risk missing several starters.
Pittsburgh Steelers (1-1)
The Steelers offensive returned to Earth in week 2. After a 34 -point outing at the opening of the season, the Steelers scored half of this in a defeat of 14 points at home against the Seahawks. They were competitive, but the combination of expensive blunders on special teams and poor defensive consistency were too much to be overcome.
Now the Steelers will return to the road to face the Patriots in New England. The Patriots are also 1-1 after a strong note victory last Sunday in Miami. Steelers are much necessary for a strong defensive performance after abandoning 24+ offensive points in consecutive weeks and 63 points combined overall.
The Steelers will face a much younger offense led by the second year Drake Maye student. New England scored 26 points in attack last week, however, after having had difficulties when the season opened. It will be a good measurement stick game to see if Pittsburgh’s defense can quickly transform things at the start of the year.
Offensively, the Steelers really need to find more juice in the race game. During two games, they rushed out of 125 yards in total as a team. Jaylen Warren is the main rusher of the team with 85 yards in 25 races. Steelers are on average only 3.0 yards per porting. Improving their precipitated attack during week 3 will help alleviate a certain pressure on Aaron Rodgers and the game of passes.
After an overwhelming defeat from one point during week 1, the Ravens rebounded last Sunday. Unsurprisingly, they managed home business against the Browns, withdrawing from a 24 -point victory. The Ravens offensive was not as consistent in this game, but has always reached a second consecutive performance of more than 40 points thanks to the explosive games in the game of passes.
Configuating, the Ravens offensive line and the ground attack took a big step back. They fought against a defensive front of Cleveland Stout and only managed 45 yards on the ground in total. The four affected by Lamar Jackson and the deep connections with Deandre Hopkins, applies Walker and the company helped to compensate for this.
On the positive side, the defense of Ravens has shown a significant improvement compared to week 1, although a lower offensive attack. The Ravens passage rush was alive and active, and secondary played much more sound cover. These improvements will be put to the test of week 3 in a prime time test against the Lions of Detroit on Monday evening.
The Lions had a hard time in week 1, but then exploded for 52 points against the Bears in Chicago last Sunday, very similar to the elite offensive that we have seen from them in the last two seasons. The Detroit racing game and an effective pass attack will be a challenge for Zach Orr to take care. Working in favor of Ravens is their success against NFC opponents and the solid history of victories in prime time at home.
