Workers say the most important benefits of AI-powered note-taking tools are saving time (69%), reducing manual notes (41%), and improving recording accuracy (27%).

“AI note-taking tools like Fireflies, Otter and Notion have become the new second brain at work,” said Jared Navarre, founder of Keyni Consulting and a creative strategist who studies how AI is transforming workers’ career paths. “They record conversations and also capture what matters when they summarize meetings, important decisions and notice changes in tone and sentiment.”
