A long-lost painting by Italian master Giuseppe Ghislandi, which was looted by the Nazis, has been recovered in Argentina after it was spotted in an online property listing. “Portrait of a Lady” is an 18th century painting which belonged to a Jewish art collector before it was stolen during World War II. The artwork is now with the federal prosecutor’s office.
