Anti-ICE Activist in Los Angeles Learns It’s Not a Good Idea to Block an SUV – RedState

We’ve seen a lot of anti-ICE madness in Los Angeles in 2026, including radicals attacking agents at the Roybal Federal Building and burning down a dumpster downtown. They also attacked another federal law enforcement officer with a pole.

This was after widespread anti-ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) violence last year in Los Angeles, where the National Guard had to be deployed.

But there is an ongoing problem that anti-ICE radicals and other left-wing activists do not yet seem to have realized their actions.

It is not a good idea to attempt to block vehicles, especially when there are federal agents behind the wheel.

We’ve seen these people try this bad idea time and time again. I don’t know what they think it’s going to bring. They’re not going to stop ICE agents from doing their job. They will not stop illegal aliens from being transported to where they need to be.

But they used this tactic again on Friday. A group of anti-ICE agitators were outside the same federal building in downtown Los Angeles when they tried to stop an SUV leaving the garage. Several people in the group threw objects at the officers; you can see what looks like a drink splashing against the vehicle.

Meanwhile, a person was standing in front of the SUV. The woman reversed quickly as the car moved forward and did not stop. But she couldn’t keep up, so she ended up hanging on to the hood.

Eventually, she couldn’t keep holding on, so she fell out of the car and onto its side. She was lucky she hadn’t been seriously injured by such a stupid stunt. But I guess she’ll still feel a little like that the next day.

People let her go after X.

Several commenters on social media said the protester got what she deserved.

“My mother taught me not to play in the street,” one wrote.

“I understand hood ornaments are making a comeback,” added another.

“I hope the SUV is okay,” added a third.

Bottom line? These anti-ICE people live in a fantasy land where they think they are heroic figures defending people when in reality they are obstructing law enforcement. It’s just stupid. They’re not the good guys in this drama. The American people voted for the rule of law, so those who oppose it are those who are undemocratic. And the funny thing is, they keep making scenes and throwing tantrums, but ICE keeps doing their job. So it’s basically a complete waste of their time.
