Offensive Player of the Week

Senior running back Carter Grabowski runs 16 times for 143 yards and three touchdowns and adds a fourth touchdown on a 14-yard pass from senior quarterback Jalen Carter as the Knights beat Lakes 68-21 in the first round of the Class 5A playoffs. Grabowski also had two receptions for 49 yards.

Defensive Player of the Week

Junior linebacker Jack Brown forces a fumble, recovers it and returns it 45 yards for a touchdown in Batavia’s 56-0 win over Hoffman Estates. He also had a sack, two quarterback hurries and a pass defended in the Class 7A first-round playoff victory.
