Apple collects 14 Golden Globe nominations, dominates Best TV Drama category
The nominees for the 83rd Golden Globes have been announced and Apple TV is well represented with 14 nominations. Puribus And Breakup paved the way for Apple, with several nominations in several categories.
The most striking Apple’s presence on the nominations list is that Apple TV has three of the six nominations for Best Drama TV Series, with Pluribus, Breakup, And Slow horses appointed. The Workshop was nominated for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy.
The only Apple film nominated was F1which earned accolades for film and box office achievement, as well as best original music for composer Hans Zimmer.

- Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Drama Series:Adam Scott (Breakup), Gary Oldman (Slow horses)
- Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy: Seth Rogan (The Workshop)
- Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role on Television: Catherine O’Hara (The Workshop)
- Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role on Television: Billy Crudup (The morning show), Tramell Tillman (Breakup)
- Best Original Music – Film: Hans Zimmer (F1)
- Film and box office achievement: F1
