Anker’s discounted 2-in-1 USB-C cable is a great way to spend $15

I’ll never stop talking about 2-in-1 USB-C cables. It’s really nice to have them because, at this point, I’ve accumulated so many devices that charge via USB-C. It’s also common for multiple batteries to need to be recharged at once, which is where they come in handy. I can charge my Nintendo Switch 2 and professional MacBook Air, or my Google Pixel 9 Pro and Kindle, without taking up more than one port on the power adapter.
A few models offering passthrough charging speeds of up to 140W are currently at their lowest price yet, including Anker’s braided option, available on Amazon and Anker in black or white starting at $14.99 ($3 off). If you don’t mind paying a little more for a slightly longer cable, Native Union’s 6.5-foot Recycled Belt Cable, featuring an animal-free leather strap, is down to $23.99 ($6 off) in black or zebra pattern direct from the manufacturer.
Although the two cables are slightly different lengths, the functionality is identical. Both cables support USB 2.0 speeds up to 480 Mbps when connected to a data source, and only the first device connected to the dual-headed cable can transfer data. They can also automatically allocate power between devices, based on the speed of your wall adapter, sending more power to the more powerful of the two devices you have plugged in.
There are also plenty of wall adapters that pair well with these cables, the type that deliver fast charging speeds to your connected devices. One example is Anker’s 140W four-port charger, which offers three USB-C ports and one USB-A port. Normally $99.99, it’s currently marked down to $79.99 on Amazon for Prime members.
