Apple’s busy fall pipeline reportedly includes several long-overdue updates

In addition to the news of Apple’s iPhone plans until 2028, which include ultra-thin, folding and curved models, Mark Gurman from Bloomberg has also described the updates of several other Apple devices this fall, one of which has not been updated since its inception in October 2020.
In the latest edition of his power on the newsletter, Gurman reports that Apple has “a lot in the fall pipeline”, a large part of which will be “only gradual upgrades”. It starts with the iPhone 17, but there will be many more updates on the way:
- Apple Watch Series 11, Ultra 3 and Se 3
- Apple Vision Pro
- iPad pro
- Airpods Pro 3
- HomePod Mini
- Apple TV 4K
It should be noted that this would be the first update of the Homepod Mini (in addition to making the new colors available), which was originally arrived in October 2020 alongside the iPhone 12. We do not know what, if necessary, will be new with the speaker other than a faster chip, although Apple will probably keep the same design. Apple TV, iPad Pro and pro vision are probably little more than chip refreshments.
Apple Watch’s updates are likely to be slightly more interesting, in particular SE 3, which has not been updated for three years and has not been overhauled for its beginnings five years ago. Very early reports have said that the new model could be made of plastic and more focused on children, although recent rumors on Apple Watch have been less certain of change.
Finally, Apple plans to publish the 3rd generation of AirPods Pro, which was updated for the last time in 2022. Gurman reports that the new model will have monitoring of the heart rate like the PowerBeats Pro 2. They could also overcome with shorter stems, as well as live translation.
It is not clear if Apple will organize a second event to publish products that do not arrive at the iPhone event or simply launch them via a press release, as it did with this year iPad Air and MacBook Air outputs.
