As Cowboys make Jets the NFL’s last winless team, Jerry Jones thinks he has something special in Dak Prescott and Brian Schottenheimer

East Rutherford, NY – While the New York jets returned the ball to Downs halfway in the third quarter, Dak Prescott and Brian Schottenheimer considered their next attack.
The cowboys led 20 points while the third trimester decreased. They had propelled a dominant first half to an advance before the downside with two clearance boots to open the third quarter.

The head coach told his quarter that he had not placed his players best to succeed in some of these games.
So, noting that the defensive platform star Quinnen Williams was not on the ground and that the security of the jets, Tony Adams, seemed to jump on the routes of the cowboys, Schottenheimer composed the opportunity of a deep post to the recipient George Pickens.
Prescott struck Pickens for a touch of 43 yards with 4:40 to play in the third, Dallas extending an advance that the jets would never pass 37-22 Cowboys win.
“We have gone three times a few times and it was not as if he had even groan; he was rasting in a way,” Prescott in Yahoo Sports told the post-match wardrobe. “There was a moment in the second period,” Oh, lemme gather my S ***. And then Boom, it was a touchdown for GP and then he said to me: “I am Baaack”.

“Responsibility and the simple fact of being opened with him and really working with him.”
Prescott and Schottenheimer worked together to compose another pay day, the cowboys improved at 0.500 (2-2-1) with their third consecutive match of 30 points.

Dallas’ record is still far from its aspirations in the first year of Schottenheimer as a chief coach. And Dallas understands that his opponent will not always be (or at all this season) the last team without the remaining victory of the League.
Despite this, the Cowboys watched the list they brought to the Metlife stadium and considered that they scored 37 by playing without four of the five starting offensive line players and two of their three best receivers due to injuries.
They considered their third consecutive match that marked more than 30 points.

The diagnosis?
Maybe trusting a first head coach who had not called five-season games will not prove to be so wild after all.
“This is the most confronted team with which I remember playing during all my years,” said team owner and managing director Jerry Jones in Yahoo Sports. “Coaching is the reason why we had the victories and the link we have. Coaching.
“Because we really had to fix it.”
Cowboys’ victory over the jets was not with a normal character of characters
Maybe Aron Glenn did not mean his comment as it sounded.
But Jets’ head coach praised the four clearance boots that his defense forced in the second period in the same post-match response in which he said: “We cannot leave a team like this score during their first two trips.”

He stopped after describing the cowboys as “a team like this”-as if we may refrain from publicly saying that their team allowed such an offensive efficiency of a team that arrived with two victories and even fewer offensive line players.
But Dallas did this, Prescott finding Ryan Flournoy, far from the depth, for 114 reception yards in the absence of a lamb of Ceedee (ankle) and Kavontae Turpin (foot).
Flournoy and Ballon Bearer Javonte Williams each exceeded 100 yards at halftime, the first time that Dallas posted a 100 yards and 100 yards in the same half since 1978, according to the team data.

“There are not many teams in the league who can put four guys who do not start in the match [at offensive line] And feel confident of going and winning a match, especially on the road against one of the main most primary interior defensive line players and good rushers, “said Prescott.” Create the front office for obtaining these guys, but just as important: these guys do not see themselves as backups, as they should not. “”
Prescott told his rotary cast to remember how he received his opportunity to start a decade ago when Tony Romo and Kellen Moore were injured and Prescott came into play, then the start of week 1 in 2016 in 2016.
He has not yet given up his starting rights, rather passing for 237 yards and four affected in more than 28 yards on the ground while the 41st match with three touches of Prescott passed Romo for the franchise record.
Dallas’ offensive was not perfect with several professional discharge, contributing three penalties to the 11 team totals during the day. But that exceeded 416 yards of New York at 378 despite the jets holding the ball nine minutes and 11 seconds more than the cowboys. An increased accent on Presnap’s motion has helped them to thrive, cowboys using motion to help guide Presott decision -making on 67% of throws, compared to 58% last year, by NFL next generation statistics.

And in a series of keys before half-time, the cowboys forced an escape from Breece Hall with 2:27 to play in the second quarter, marked a touch with 1:02 to play and then forced a three and out jets.
Dallas thought that Williams could get a first descent and they could call an expiration time to regroup in the last minute. Instead, Williams broke out for 66 yards – and the cowboys produced a training of 14 seconds entering half -time.
“I continue on the field because I try to visit it and [Williams[ is still just running,” Prescott told Yahoo Sports. “[Schottenheimer] knew that according to his studies and all this, it was going to make us a good race and it did more than that.

“He’s just like” hey, we know what they are going to do. It will strike. “”
For neither the first nor the last time on Sunday, the cowboys offensive did.
While Prescott hears MVP songs, cowboys say “we are spoiled” to have it
While Prescott and Jones praised their 51-year-old head coach who once coordinated the 2006-11 jet offensive, Schottenheimer returned the praise.
“It is not a testimony to the coaches – it testifies to the players,” said Schottenheimer.
He told his locker rooms to celebrate their five season bags and the reversals they forced and touched them.

And he celebrated a particular player.
The quarter-back performing his games, entering the moment on free games and penalties, and using his arms and legs up to 11 affected and 1406 total offensive yards for five weeks?

Only Matthew Stafford of the Rams of Los Angeles has more affected, according to Trumedia Sports. And only Stafford and Baker Mayfield of the Buccaneers of Tampa Bay represented more yards in total.
“Listen, I think we are spoiled,” said Schottenheimer. “I think he is one of the best players in the league.”
At least, some of the Metlife stands have agreed. The same fans of fans who made fun of Jones to sell the team before kick -off chanted in Prescott from the stands before and after the match.

MVP. MVP. MVP.
Has Prescott heard it?
“I mean my ears work,” he said. “So I heard it, but I didn’t hear it. It’s week 5. I don’t care. I don’t care if it was week 17 … for me, I did not play a game as well as I wanted.
“I told you what I wanted to win.”
It is a caquids and coaches ring to help Prescott to deliver.
The cowboys offensive occurs at a pace that helps the team dreams if its defense can transform Sunday performance into a rule rather than exception.
“Continue to move, keep working, continue to get these victories because this team is special,” said defensive platform Solomon Thomas. “This offense is the elite.

A Carolina Panthers match next week could be an opportunity to compete even without a full cast.
Dallas hopes that the first year of Schotenheimer settled before a section of November-December to December which includes the Eagles of Philadelphia, the heads of Kansas City, the Lions of Detroit and the Vikings of Minnesota in four consecutive weeks.
Beating the jets will not be enough. But Prescott hopes that he can do much more – for his coaches, for the front office, for the teammates with whom he builds a culture around which they are proud.
“Last week, when we equaled, I am leaving”, my brother, who pisses me off, “said Prescott to Yahoo Sports.” This S *** pisses me off, my brother. I want to win, bro.
