‘Ask Mike Pence’: Thomas Massie Expands His War Of Words To JD Vance

The republican representative of Kentucky, Thomas Massie, took a blow on vice-president JD Vance in a Tuesday afternoon post, widening what was already a verbal battle between him and President Donald Trump.
Massie responded to Vance after the vice-president tweeted: “I wonder if other VPs had as much excitement as I am.”
“Ask Mike Pence over her last month,” said Massie, probably referring to Trump supporters chanted “Hang Mike Pence” during the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

He also reiterated the calls for the congress to vote on the resolution of the war powers he presented on June 17, which would block the “armed forces of the United States unauthorized hostilities in the Islamic Republic of Iran”, according to a press release.
He spent Sunday morning to urge the legislators to vote yes.

In response, Trump published a scathing reprimand by Massie on Truth Social, saying that he is “not Maga”. Trump also said that he would campaign for Massie’s opponent in republican primary.
“In fact, Maga does not want it, does not know it and does not respect it,” wrote Trump.
“It is a simple” gallery “of simple spirit who thinks that it is a good policy for Iran to have nuclear weapons of higher level, while shouting” death in America “, added Trump.
