La Beauté Louis Vuitton Is Bringing Logomania to Your Makeup Bag

Prepare for Logania to come for your make-up bag: Louis Vuitton entered the luxury beauty game with beauty Louis Vuitton, a collection of lipsticks, lip balms and eye shadows. Announced in March, the collection is a first for the French fashion house and serves as a natural extension of its brand heritage.
Available on August 29 in certain Louis Vuitton and online stores, beauty refers to the beginning of Louis Vuitton Vanity Trunks, which was published for the first time in the 1920s and has special compartments for perfume and makeup. These archive pieces have served as inspiration for beauty, making a collection of organic makeup with the brand’s roots.
To help its first foray into makeup, beauty has enlisted the legendary make -up makeup artist and longtime collaborator of Louis Vuitton, Pat McGrath, as creative director. McGrath, which has designed track looks for the fashion house for years, has developed 55 shades of lipstick, 10 shades of lip balm and 8 eyelid palettes (all wrapped in the emblematic LV monogram), which can be stored in the exclusive vanity trunk of the collection.
LV Rouge lipstick is available in two finishes: 27 shades of creamy satin and 28 matt velvet shades. For lighter blanket, the LV balm is a transparent tinted lip balm offering a bright finish and focused on softness. The two lip products are formulated with ingredients that love skin such as hyaluronic acid and shea butter to provide prolonged preservation of vestiges and humidity.
McGrath’s influence is clear throughout the line, especially in shadow shadows. Thanks to its eponymous make-up line, McGrath has become known for its richly pigmented eyelid shadows available in nuances and avant-garde finishes.
Available in eight colors, LV shadows provide the same color intensity with a range of glitter, mat, satin, metal and pearl finishes. Similar to lip products, eyelid shadows have skin care ingredients such as squalane and extract of camelina flower oil for optimal wear.
