Before His Death, Hulk Hogan Signed Historic Deal for the Future of Wrestling – RedState
Before the death of the legendary icon of legendary Hulk Hogan on Thursday, he signed a historic agreement for the future of the struggle with Fox Nation, which acquired the exclusive diffusion rights of the real American Freestyle league of Hogan.
The Hogan and Eric Bischoff amateur style fighting competition, which WWF and WCW shortened as RAF, host its inaugural event “Raf01” on Saturday August 30, at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, and Stream on the Fox News Subscript Digital Platform, with a second event planned in The Falling, The Hollywood Report.

“The real American freestyle creates something that has never been done before, and we needed a partner who understood this and could build with us,” said Hogan in the statement on Monday. “Fox Nation is synergistic with our brand, they appreciate the importance of bringing this sport to the masses, and they believe in our goal.”
The president of Fox Nation, Lauren Petterson, also shared in the declaration:

Fusing elite athletics with unequaled entertainment, it is an honor to be part of the new era of the oldest and most emblematic sport in the world.”
“Fox Nation immediately understood the vision that we had for the real American freestyle, which makes it the perfect partner for this historical agreement of media rights and the first of its kind in sport,” added Eric Bischoff. “Having the right broadcast partner is essential to organize a good program for fans, and we are delighted to work with Fox.”

He became famous in the 1980s as a charismatic WWE face, headlining eight of the first nine Wrestlemanias after the promoter Vince McMahon transformed a traditionally territorial company into a national phenomenon under a single umbrella.

WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) confirmed information that he died. The declaration is read as follows: “WWE is saddened to learn the temple of WWE renown, Hulk Hogan, has died. One of the most recognizable figures of pop culture, Hogan helped WWE obtain global recognition in the 1980s. WWE extends its condolences to family, friends and fans of Hogan.”
