Creation of a series derived from a film as emblematic as the classic cult of Coen Brothers 1996 Fargo is a daring decision, but the writer and creator Noah Hawley managed to create a show that perfectly captures the tone of the original film. The show is a series of anthology, each of the five seasons telling a different story with new characters. Nebraska is another film with Bob Odenkirk, but it is very different from Person. He tells the story of an elderly man, played by Bruce Dern, who believes that he has won a competition of a million dollars thanks to a letter from a scam by mail he received. He tries to go to Lincoln, Nebraska, to claim the prize.

Despite the realization that the letter is a scam, his son David, played by Will Forte, agrees to drive his father to Nebraska in order to spend more time with him. Odenkirk embodies David’s older brother Ross, who is initially skeptical about David’s plan and believes that his confused father should be placed in a nursing home, but finally joins his father and brother.

Nebraska is a sweet mixture of drama and comedy, entirely filmed in black and white, and although Odenkirk is not a main character, it is a key element of the overall distribution.

Undoing

Undoing is an original dramatic series Amazon Prime Video which presents Bob Odenkirk in a way that you have never seen it before. The show is an adult animation that was made by turning the live players occurring in front of a green screen and using motion capture and rotoscoping to transform these performances into animation. The result is an animation style which captures each nuance of the performances of the actors.

The story focuses on a woman named Alma, played by Rosa Salazar, who is involved in an almost deadly car accident.
